A Gynaguard Brand Experience

A bold brand activation to educate and empower young women on campus
Client:
Adcock Ingram / Gynaguard
Brief:
Educate and empower young women by demystifying stigmas and busting myths around feminine hygiene. Raise brand awareness for premium feminine hygiene product, GynaGuard, in the youth market through a series of activations on university campuses across Gauteng.
Delivery:
The Vagina Shop - a mobile pop-up campus activation, designed and constructed by our team and facilitated by a team of dynamic young women. A safe space for young women only to engage with information, discussion forums and access to support.
Impact:
Over six days across three campuses, the Vagina Shop empowered over 4000 young women positioning Gynaguard as an option for empowered young women.

We presented a range of ideas to fairly conservative GynaGuard and their response to our proposed Vagina Shop was exuberant. Taking a non-traditional approach to a campus activation, our larger-than-life Vagina Shop was hard to ignore with queues of young women eager to find out more while curious young men looked on in support and, at times, indignation. The young women emerged empowered, emboldened by truth and knowledge and the passing young men, largely respectful of sacred space.
